How Do you Deliver Merchandise?
We deliver via Lebanese companies that specialize in delivery. In Lebanon, the receiving customer will be expected to provide copy of ID.

How long will delivery take?
Free delivery in Lebanon is made within 7 working days of order confirmation by Table Top.
Charges apply for express delivery within Lebanon, Click here to see details of our delivery charges for all destinations.
For deliveries outside Lebanon, the product is shipped within 2 working days of order confirmation by Table Top.

What is the Method of Payment?
We accept Visa Card, Master Card and Money Transfers such as Money Gram or Western Union.

Which currency do you invoice in?
We list our prices and sell in U.S. Dollars.

What Exchange rate will you use?
It will be your payment card provider who makes the exchange at their own rate and they will charge you accordingly.

What happens regarding Duty?
This depends on Customs regulations in the destination country and will be the responsibility of you the purchaser to pay. We deliver our beautiful products World-wide. Some countries we ship to impose import duty. Some do not. It depends on your particular country. If you have any questions about import duties we suggest that you contact your local customs authorities.

Is payment by a safe and secure method?
Table Top Boutique.com uses Netcommerce as a payment gateway, which offers the highest level of encryption and security available; communications between your browser and this site server are private and secure. Table Top boutique.com does not have access to the information provided to the bank, and those information are not saved anywhere on the website.

When do you charge my credit card?
Payment is taken from your card when your order is placed.

Do you offer discounts?
This depends on the value of the individual order - if you have a high value order to place you are welcome to contact our Customer Service department at info@tabletopboutique.com

What if the delivery has a missing or damaged item?
Within Lebanon, delivery must be checked upon receipt. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your delivery, the loss or damage must be reported to the delivery team to confirm and report back to Table Top. In that case, the product is not received and is returned back to Table Top with the delivery personnel.
Table Top Boutique will supply free of charge replacements or a refund, as appropriate.

For the international market, we advise our customers to buy insurance particularly for fragile items, noting that our experience with perfect deliveries is the result of high standards in packaging fragile items.

Should a consignment be returned to Table Top Boutique due to failure to take delivery, the customer will be charged for the redelivery of the goods.

What if an order is needed for a specific date or occasion event?
Please contact our Customer Service department (info@tabletopboutique.com) prior to placing your order and our team will advise you of what we believe is possible.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed for dispatch immediately after order confirmation. Cancellation is not possible after that point.

Do you have a Returns Policy?
Once the customer signs that the right product is received and in good condition, the product may not be returned.

How do I make a Complaint?
Send details of your complaint to: info@tabletopboutique.com. Remember to state your personal details and order reference code.
Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
